I had booked for a week, stay the first night woke in the morning fresh and ready for my work,hotel and staff absolutely amazing. Due to family emergency I had to leave to go home, hotel staff were unbelievably helpful I had to cancel the rest of my stay.. then it went completely downhill trying to contact hotel.com for a refund, 5 nights of refund, you can’t get hold of them in anyway shape or form fill in all the details on a request form, still haven’t received anything zero correspondence.. it has totally ruined my faith in online services that hotel.com provided absolute zero support.. so for me I would strongly advise anyone to give hotel.com a wide birth… absolute nightmare to deal with
