Twin Palms was exceptional - terrific staff attitudes - willing and able. Lovely pool and grounds and architecturally well planned with amazing loft pool villas - huge living dining level with additional full bathroom - large bedroom middle level and a large pool and deck on top . Completely private . Food is very good for lunch and breakfasts are true 5 star . We have stayed at many - this was one if our best finds ! Twin palms’ at Kamala has a great beach restaurant and their catch beach club is wild . Surin is a perfect locationn.

I traveled solo and enjoyed it very much. Lovely staff. Great for families too. Big lap pool, very relaxing and some fun too. Very quiet at night. Shuttle service to 2 other beach front restaurants/lounges every hour was awesome. I would definitely consider going back.

I recently stayed at Twinpalms Phuket and had the absolute best time! From the moment we arrived, I were treated like royalty. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, always greeting us with genuine smiles and making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, chic yet cozy, surrounded by lush tropical greenery and featuring an amazing pool area. I spent countless relaxing hours lounging by the crystal-clear pool. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and personalized welcome messages.
