Welcome to Bella Casa Toscana, a contemporary designed penthouse apartment in Chiusi Scalo, Tuscany. The apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, dining and living areas, a workspace, 2 balconies, and a private gym. Conveniently located just 300m from Chiusi-Chianciano Train Station, it offers easy access to Rome and Florence (under 2 hours by train) and is a short drive to renowned wineries and historic towns like Città della Pieve, Cortona, and Montepulciano. The penthouse apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large king size bed and each of the single rooms have single beds. The apartment has ceiling fans in every bedroom and also the living room. We have two balconies include a large wrap around balcony with stunning mountain and city views. The apartment is recently renovated and features modern appliances. Both bathrooms have nice walk-in showers with waterfall style showerheads. The dining room table seats 4 persons. We also have two dedicated workspaces. We offer a desk and chair in the Lucca Bedroom and a large wooden island with two high chairs in the Dining Room that can be used as a workspace with wifi throughout the apartment.
