The 48 m² apartment features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bathroom, and 2 covered panoramic balconies, accommodating 2 to 4 guests. The apartment is on the top floor, facing east and south. Additional amenities include a free covered parking space, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, satellite and cable TV, as well as various books and information brochures.



Enjoy the shared outdoor area with heated whirlpool (open May to end of October), sun loungers, garden, terrace, table tennis, foosball, relaxation zone, lounge, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
