In a newly created urbanization, with large landscaped avenues, very good area with all services (restaurants, supermarkets, etc.), but does not suffer the inconveniences of nightlife. The nearest beach (Camarón) is adjacent to that of Regla and also has all the amenities such as beach bars, public showers and other municipal services. Both to access the beach and to walk there are some walkways in a natural environment of dunes and flora in the area.

Great time
Stayed in January/February. Quite cold outside, but nice and warm inside. Great owners. Wonderful beach just 200 metres away, walked along it into the town everyday. Very Spanish town (no ‘Sunday Roasts’ or ‘English Breakfast’ signs,) Very friendly people. Highly recommend it.

Very accommodating
This was supposed to be my second visit to this property after last year when i had to leave 3 weeks early. Disappointingly i was also unable to travel due to the covid 19 this year. Landlord very understanding and helpful. My deposit was returned along with my 3 weeks owing from previous year. He has now agreed for me to book again when we are safe and able to travel. 5 stars for property and owners. Thank you.

Property was exactly as advertised. Great neighbours,Beautiful town nearby,Very nice beach, golf course nearby. Landlord and landlady really nice Helpful people. Manuel’s English wasn’t the best but he did try and it was better than my spanish. This said we managed to sort everything out. Internet wasn't quite fast enough for me personally so Manuel sorted it out by changing internet providers and upping the speed. after that the internet was fantastic with no issues. Unfortunately i had to leave hurry 3 weeks early due to the corona virus. Manuel held the property until i got out of Spain and has given me the 3 weeks free for next year. I have booked again i’am pleased to be going back once this virus has cleared.

Het verblijf was prima. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren. Huis was eenvoudig, schoon en warm. Ligging dichtbij de zee en een prachtig strand. Niet ver van Sevilla, Cadiz, Jerez de la Frontera, Gibraltar. Mooie steden om uitstapjes naar te maken.

Gewohnt zuverlässiger Vermieter
Schon zum zweiten Mal buchten wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Hund) dieses Haus. Erneut hat es uns (auch dem Hund) sehr gefallen. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Der Weg zum tollen Sandstrand ist sehr kurz, im Ort gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und Shoppen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Nos pareció un alojamiento estupendo a todos! Hemos estado nueve días, dos adultos, un bebé y dos perritas. La casa estupenda! El propietario y su mujer son súper amables. Nos permitieron entrar antes de la hora estipulada, lo cual nos facilitó el poder instalarnos sin ningún problema y poder comer allí el día de la llegada. Está cerca de restaurantes y comercios donde hacer la compra, la playa estaba a tres minutos andando! Una maravilla! Camas muy cómodas. Cocina muy bien equipada. Si volvemos a Chipiona no dudaré en elegir otra vez esta casita. Gracias por vuestra amabilidad Manuel
