Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο το 2007 σύμφωνα με την παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική. Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται στο παραδοσι ακό χωριό Πυργί, γνωστό για την παραγωγή μαστίχας, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού. Οι αυθεντικές πέτρινες καμάρες και οι πέτρινοι τοίχοι του ξενώνα, τα ψηλοτάβανα δωμάτια και οι σύγχρονες ανέσεις του, θα μπορούσαν να ικανοποιήσουν τις απαιτήσεις των επισκεπτών.
