Situated on the Chincoteague Bay, this fabulous home offers marvelous water views and plenty of room for the whole family. Enjoy a peaceful natural setting with amazing sunsets, a private pier perfect for crabbing, and a lower stationary dock ideal for launching the provided kayaks. The screened porch, set among the trees, features a relaxing 2-person hot tub available during the off-season.
The first floor includes a spacious living room with a TV, a cozy nook for games or puzzles, and a waterfront den that provides extra gathering space. The kitchen, dining room, and a full hallway bath are also located on this level. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, private bath, and a waterfront balcony. Bedroom 2 includes two twin beds and one full bed.
The second floor offers even more space with Bedrooms 3 and 4, each with a queen bed, as well as a private den with a queen bed. A shared full bathroom is located in the hallway.
