Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Overall good stay

The location is great. It had great amenities including a pool shared among the apartments, full kitchen, 2.5 baths, washer and dryer. However, towels, toilet paper, soap, and paper towels are not provided. There were maybe two kitchen towels and two dish rags. The cleanliness was ok, some of the kitchen utensils I had to wash before I used them. Overall good stay.

The blue diamond was an excellent choice for us. It was quiet and lots of wildlife in the marsh. Wish there would have been chairs at the dock area. Having some health issues this was an obstacle. Pool was easy to access.

Very clean

The townhome was very clean when we arrived. It is a very quiet property and having dock access was great for crabbing with the kids or launching a kayak. Down the road from the park and bike rentals. The best part is the pool for the family to enjoy! We already booked another stay here in August.
