The room was great, very clean and well taken care of. The desk chair was not it great shape but served the purpose! The temperature outside was cold -- very cold but the room was nice and warm!

We had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience at this hotel. At check-out I wanted to speak with the receptionist to complain about the condition of our room. Even though it was clear that someone was in the office behind the desk and could hear us, they completely ignored us. We called out three times and rang the bell at the front desk three times, but no one came out to see what we needed. In the end, we were forced to leave without being able to address our concerns. The room itself was in terrible condition. Although it was supposed to be smoke-free, it smelled strongly of drugs, which made it very uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely dirty — the bathtub was full of hair, the sink and toilet were not clean at all, and it was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had, and it left us with a very negative impression.
