Good location of Hotel Palacio del Sol Chihuahua

personnel, friendly. Very, very noisy the heater in the room we stayed for seven nights. It made difficult to hearing the TV or talk with the family. So we have to put off and the room was cold at night. We were told that all the room were the same. But, We stay an extra night and asked for a different room and that was okay. Few days, the person who clean the room only leave things (like toiletries and towels) for one person. Not good pillows, nor blankets. The personnel, in general, were friendly and helpful.

Was terrible, the hotel smell like a insecticide the air conditioner doesn’t work, the beds are uncomfortable because the mattress are old and the cover sheets doesn’t fit.

Decent hotel with good location.

Location was great; service was standard; room was clean but ceiling was low and beds could have been softer. Staff spoke limited English. On second stay, coffee maker was missing from the room. Only one small bottle of water provided for two guests sharing a room.

The rooms needs to be updated. As if we took a trip back to the 60's. The restroom was deteriorated and very old comforters. I was expecting more for the price. Somehow the music from the penthouse( Presidential suite) was blaring through the walls.

Chihauhau where there is Something for Everyone.

The hotel was perfect. We were on the 14th floor & had a Wonderful view of the city. The Sorienna Market was nearby.. Local markets were close. We took the trolley to locate all the museums & choose which ones to see. We saw the Pancho Villa House & Quinto Gameros. Excellent.

Central location

This hotel was chosen because of its proximity to the center of the city. Our room was great...comfortable king bed and the bathtub was a nice surprise ( it was a soaker tub!) Our friends room was not so great! The price was good... We would stay her again if we were looking for a downtown hotel

This hotel needs an upgrade

Tall building, with good views and location, but hotel needs upgrades, in 2 days internet barely worked for a couple of hours, no thermostat controls, if room is warm you need to open this narrów windows impossible to find unless you know..and get a lot of wind....did not try the food.

Old and grungy

The wifi internet connection was awful. The room was clean but the whole building is in dire need of a remodel. The gym was closed. It's in a good downtown location close to lots of shops, the cathedral, museums and tourist information. The downstairs buffet was good but not included in our hotel stay. Staff was friendly.
