The room was dirty toilet paper in toilet (used) and not flushed the Sink had black hairs in it also the bed sheets had hair all over it and on the duvet it seems like house keeping just gives the sheets and tucked them in and made the bed other then them putting fresh linen I doubt it ! As for the morning breakfast Buffett $290 pesos not worth it I had a heck of a time finding the entrance had to drive around a few times and then finally asked someone and he said it’s in the parking underground garage huge inconvenience you would think where the car drive way is would be the main entrance wrong it’s a exit only Would I satu her again and pay the $150 USD nope not a chance I would rather stay at and higher rated hotel not as expected for a Hilton hotel not Hilton standards at all

The employees at the front desk were unfriendly and unhelpful. They were eating in front of guest at the station without uniform. The sliding doors of the bathroom did not shut. The hotel is small, but modern and clean overall.
