This quaint house comes with its' own big garden and is located directly in the town of Chieming. It is big enough to host 1-2 families.
Over the last years we renovated our family holiday home in a way to combine its' typical bavarian style with our own ideas of modern interior. We hope that you like the mix :-)

Wir haben unsere Tage dort sehr genossen! Wir hatten ein kleines Kind dabei und es war ideal :) Man kann super easy zum See laufen und der Garten ist auch nett. Kommunikation mit Phillip war sehr gut.

Das Haus war blitzsauber und die Kommunikation absolut super! Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für uns jedoch bei der Lage: Das Haus liegt leider an einer viel befahrenen Straße, was auf den idyllischen Fotos im Inserat nicht zu erkennen war. Wen der Straßenlärm nicht stört, findet hier aber eine tolle und gepflegte Unterkunft.

So schön! Ein absolutes Wohlfühlhäuschen. Gemütlich und super praktisch für Familienzusammenkünfte.Die Zimmer und Betten sind etwas eng unter der Dachschräge, waren aber auch für uns ältere Semester Ü60 machbar. Phillip und Noemi waren immer erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle bei Fragen. Die Ausstattung: alles da was man braucht zu einem gemütlichen entspannten Wochenende.Wir sagen Vielen Dank!

Sehr schönes Häuschen zum Wohlfühlen!

Das Haus liegt perfekt, um an den See zu spazieren oder für Ausflüge. Ins Schneeparadies Reit im Winkel ist es auch nicht weit. Wir haben uns in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt!

Schönes, geräumiges und gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Wir waren als Gruppe von Freunden mit kleinen Kindern für ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser Unterkunft. Es mangelt hier an nichts und sogar für Kinder sind jede Menge Spielsachen vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie der Übergabeprozess waren absolut reibungslos. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Alles toll!

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit Charme, einem wundervollen Garten in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Insgesamt hatten wir ein fabelhaftes Wochenende bei unserem Mädelswochenende zu 8. Absolute Weiterempfehlung. Der Platz ist für 8 Personen genau richtig, im Garten kann man schön entspannen und sogar grillen. Richtig toll!

Ferienhaus in Chieming

Zwei Zimmer im Obergeschoss viel zu klein für 4 Personen, keine Ablagefläche und nicht beschrieben dass das 4. Zimmer eine „Abstellkammer“ mit Behelfstüre, welche sich nicht richtig öffnen und schließen lässt, vorhanden ist. Türe zum 3. Zimmer konnte nicht komplett geöffnet werden, da Bett zu groß Badezimmertüre schließt auch nicht richtig Ferienhaus für 7 oder 8 Personen nicht geeignet

Gute Lage und große Aufenthaltsräume

Es gibt eine große gut ausgestattete Küche mit anschließendem Esszimmer und großem Wohnzimmer. Für unsere beiden Enkelinnen (5 und 8) war das Zimmer im 1. Stock, das an das Elternschlafzimmer angrenzte ideal. Zudem gab es noch ein 2. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein 3. Schlafzimmer ebenfalls mit Doppelbett, aber im 2. Stock unter dem Dach. Es war dort sehr gemütlich, einziger Nachteil es war nur durch eine steile Stiege erreichbar. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt, obwohl wir uns besseres Wetter gewünscht hätten. Doch das ist leider nicht vorbestellbar.

Tip Top, schöne Wohnung zum fairen Preis, alles perfekt.

Für ein paar schöne Tage am Chiemsee sehr gemütlich und ansprechend. Ein Bett war etwas klein für Erwachsene, ansonsten alles bestens.

Sehr ansprechend renoviertes und eingerichtetes, gemütliches Häuschen.

Problemloses und unkompliziertes Ein- und Aus Hecken. Tolle und sehr ansprechend eingerichtete Aufenthaltsräume. Schlafplätze für 9 Personen knapp, aber gut machbar, wenn davon 2 oder mehr Kinder oder Jugendliche.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt
