The room was dirty. Qtips on the bathroom floor. Trash can with wrappers and cans in it. We were told no housekeeping available at all. Door did not shut or lock properly.

Homeless man try to start a fire got woken up by fire alarm 5 times nobody say sorry the lady checking me out at the front desk was rude told me I have to go thru a third party to add another night won’t lower that night down because all the inconvenience so we left because how rude she was said I didn’t tell anyone about my service animal and I did when I check in !!!

The room was clean and stylish with a practical design and attention to detail; bathroom door swung in a way it didn’t block the flow of the room. The refrigerator was placed in a corner away from beds. A luggage area with hooks for hanging scarves. I would recommend this hotel brand.
