They over charged us. Breakfast was pretty non existent. Lots of light switches in the room that didn’t work, and no hot water. We asked to speak with a manager but was unable because he didn’t speak English………

I didn't request a wheelchair accessible room, but I was put into a wheelchair accessible room, with no counter space, a shower with inadequate water pressure and water that wasn't even hot. It was like taking a lukewarm shower with no water pressure. Honestly I would have switched rooms, but I figured it wasn't worth my time or effort as they would probably stick me into a room that has two queen beds. Just not the best accommodations.

The garbage was overflowing outside my entire stay, the water for the shower Luke warm the driving point was the handyman hammering the door next door at 730am. The only positive was the bed was ver comfortable

I booked an ADA room for my parents which one of them being wheelchair bound. It was supposed to be a king sized bed, it was a double ! The room was small, the bathroom had no handrails, there was a bathtub that they suggested putting a chair in, and the toilet didn’t work. After complaining to staff, they fixed the toilet and stated that they weren’t really ADA compliant. That was a very important factor in my room choice. I’ll never book there again
