Quality Hotel

Everything was great, except for the continental breakfast. Coffee was super weak, there was only one yogurt left, and would have been nice if there was a some protein, i.e. cheese stick or hardboiled egg. Though we didn’t stay here for the breakfast.

Bathtub and towels were stained. Outlet by bed didn’t work so I woke up to a nearly dead phone. When I got out of bed two earwigs were on the floor. The breakfast selection is slim with nearly nothing healthy—no fruit at all.

Had to ask for a refill on my shampoo and conditioner. At exactly 11am I had one of the hotel staff Paro coming pounding at my door asking what time I was leaving because checkout is at 11am and I would be charged an extra fee. I travel a lot for work and leisure and have never experienced this before all or most hotels have a grace period until 12pm. Hotels really emphasize hospitality and customer service to me. This was horrible customer service she could’ve easily just called me instead of pounding at my door and having a bad attitude. The day before my key had to get re-magnetized and she also had a bad attitude about that telling me to keep it away from my phone because that could’ve been the cause of it

-Body wash was at the sink instead of the bathroom -found a bug in our bathtub -bathroom didn't have any ventilation -found a mosquito in our room -We all think our beds were pretty comfortable - the staff were very nice (especially the ones check in us at night)
