Estupendo,pero.....

El hotel muy bueno,el check in con el señor que le tocaba la noche,fatal.45 minutos haciendo el check in con un niño de 5 años dormido y a la 1,00 de la madrugada.Y para colmo hoteles.com no les había mandado la reserva Y casi nos quedamos sin habitación, porque para colmo nos dijo que el precio había subido desde que la reservamos...menos mal que llevábamos papeles impresos.También nos pasó en el viaje en otro hotel que no tenía nuestra reserva.El hotel muy bueno y la dueña muy agradable.
