House in private urbanization in El Real de la Barrosa, on two floors and with capacity for 6 people. It has ideal exteriors and common areas to enjoy the good weather, communal pool season (from June 1 to September 30), gardens, and also a parking space.
It has 3 bedrooms, the first with a double bed of 1.80, and the other two with two single beds each. There are two complete bathrooms with shower.
Living - dining room with TV, fireplace, Wifi and dining area. Completes the distribution of the house a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for the stay (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kitchenware .....).
The house also has air conditioning throughout the house, mosquito nets on the windows, and a private patio with outdoor furniture to enjoy an outdoor meal. (01/06/2026 - 30/09/2026).
It is a very good area with easy access to stores and supermarkets. You can walk to Mercadona, Lidl, and nearby restaurants and bars. The urbanization is certainly a highlight, protected with night surveillance team. It has a multi-sports court and swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15.
The center of Chiclana is only a few minutes away by car and the beach of La Barrosa is only 5 minutes away. The fishing village of Sancti Petri is also less than 5 minutes away by car. At the door of the Urbanization there are bus stops both towards the beaches and to the downtown area.
