Ground Floor:-
Welcome to this inviting home with a grand entrance and a spacious hallway. To the right, you'll discover a charming dining room featuring a large table and chairs, perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. On the left side, a delightful music room and a cosy TV room invite relaxation and enjoyment.

The heart of the home is the well-equipped kitchen, complete with an electric oven, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. The central island has a breakfast bar with stools.

Convenience is key with a downstairs toilet and a utility room equipped with a washing machine and an additional fridge. Step outside through the back door to find a lovely garden just a few steps down, an ideal space for outdoor activities or peaceful retreats.

First Floor:-
Experience relaxation in a spacious second sitting room, complete with a TV and DVD player, all while enjoying views of the beautiful garden. Enhance your productivity in a well-equipped study featuring a desk and chair, as well as a fun pool table, all with convenient Wi-Fi access.

Outside:-
Discover a delightful garden featuring a charming patio with a table and chairs, along with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying sunny days! Please keep in mind that the garden's entrance is not gated, so adult supervision is essential for children to ensure their safety.
A convenient pathway runs alongside the garden, leading directly to the parking area at the rear. Although residents may use this path, rest assured that the garden is exclusively reserved for guests of East Pallant House.

East Pallant House is located in a quiet residential area, and we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbours at all times.
No excessive noise, whether inside the accommodation or in the garden, is permitted between 10 PM and 8 AM.
Outdoor music and use of fireworks are not permitted at any time.
You are very welcome to enjoy the garden and patio, but we kindly ask that these areas are vacated by 10 PM out of respect for our neighbours.
Any complaints from residents regarding noise during the restricted hours will be taken seriously and fully investigated. Breaches may result in reporting to your booking platform (if booked through a third party) and/or forfeiture of your damage deposit to cover any potential compensation claims.

Upon your arrival to East Pallant Townhouse, we provide a welcome pack for our guests. This pack includes an array of essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, tea towels, hand wash, cooking spray, dishwasher tablets, matches, sun cream, tissues, hand sanitiser, bin bags, and more. Additionally, you’ll find a selection of indulgent goodies including chocolates and sweets .
We also provide shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, and there is hand wash available at each sink.

Experience the convenience of our complimentary offerings, including a travel cot (just bring your own linen) and high chair, as well as baby packs for 0-2 year olds and toddler packs for 2-4 year olds. To ensure availability, please request these items in advance, for short stays only. Kindly leave all items in the property at the end of your stay, and rest assured that they will be thoroughly cleaned and sterilised for the next guest.

There is parking for 4 cars. For further parking options, there are 4 public carparks nearby all within a 4 min walk of the property. They are all outdoor, without height restrictions. Long stay carparks which are slightly cheaper are located slightly further afield.
