A convenient pathway runs alongside the garden, leading directly to the parking area at the rear. Although residents may use this path, rest assured that the garden is exclusively reserved for guests of East Pallant House.
East Pallant House is located in a quiet residential area, and we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbours at all times. No excessive noise, whether inside the accommodation or in the garden, is permitted between 10 PM and 8 AM. Outdoor music and use of fireworks are not permitted at any time. You are very welcome to enjoy the garden and patio, but we kindly ask that these areas are vacated by 10 PM out of respect for our neighbours. Any complaints from residents regarding noise during the restricted hours will be taken seriously and fully investigated. Breaches may result in reporting to your booking platform (if booked through a third party) and/or forfeiture of your damage deposit to cover any potential compensation claims.
