PRIVATE ROOM IN OUR HOME AS WE LIVE IN THE PROPERTY. NOT ENTIRE HOUSE!!! The “Estates Executive” is an affordable place with many amenities and a family environment located in the second floor.

Our place is so comfortable that we are able to give you personal space. We are very clean, organized & prefer same.

Whether you travel for business or pleasure, our home is the perfect accommodation. We make everyone feel at home & love making friends. You will love our place!!!

✈️ Located approximately 20 minutes from O’Hare and 50 from Midway Airports.


Because of our jobs, we are NOT 420 friendly.

▪️ Queen Size 🛌 with Unattached Private bathroom right next to Bedroom.
▪️ Hot Tub area becomes completely private for you and your companion. Not available after 11 pm.

Great stay!

Edgar and Jeffrey were very welcoming. I enjoyed everything about my stay. It was very much like a hotel and more with anything you need provided including the use of the kitchen and fridge. I had goodnights of sleep throughout my trip unlike in other hotels. Just need a car or have a ride if you want to venture out of the burbs.

The Executive Room at the Estates was a great place to stay! Host Jeffrey was so friendly, welcoming and made me feel right at home. The home was clean and provided with everything I needed. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with plenty of parking. Would love to stay there again sometime <3

Lovely setting and hosts

When we arrived in the evening, Edgar welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home. The house is cozy and quiet with a comfortable bedroom, well equipped kitchen, whimsical decor, and lovely outdoor deck to enjoy our morning cups of coffee. The location is convenient from/to the airport and the neighborhood is peaceful. Highly recommend!

The space is cozy and comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and homey, and the hosts are sweet and charming. This trip was quick, but it felt like going to your favorite cousins house, totally comfortable and relaxing among friends. HIGHLY recommend!

Most amazing stay ever!!! Need to book this location now!!!

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon and I can definitely say that it was absolutely amazing and private!!! The homeowners were the nicest people you could ever want to stay in their house!!! They were extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make the trip even more special!!! They made sure we had plenty of privacy!! But they were very sociable and even invited us to eat with them!!! I would highly recommend this location but especially the homeowners!!! (They also have a place in Orlando, Florida which would be just as amazing!!!) They made us feel quite at home!!! Please don’t hesitate!!! Book this ASAP!!! Best place to stay!!!!
