My room was not clean when I checked in and there was no shower curtain. There was several parties in the hotel with smoking and loud music playing in the halls. They next day they put out the 2nd floor and refused to refund my night. I had the associate Sunny sing stating that I wouldn’t be charged. I took videos

The room was noisy from the AC, then there was a bug/mosquito running in the room making noise. They did not put enough towel in the bathroom, even left a dirty one from previous client. TV not enough channel.
