Bright, comfy, and stylish space just steps from all that Logan Square has to offer! You'll have the whole place to yourselves, but we live right upstairs in the 2nd floor apartment if you ever need anything.

You'll love the old world charm of this 1906 traditional Chicago Graystone. Tons of original woodwork and brass hardware, but with high speed internet and all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Newly renovated in 2020 with brand new central AC & a refinished bathroom & kitchen. The master bedroom is large, with a king-sized bed with storage aplenty. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a desk with a closet - great for working from home. The third and final bedroom is a small, twin-sized bedroom with a closet.
