The location was perfect for our visit to Soldier Field. The rooms were comfortable and it was a very quiet location. The host was fast to respond and we appreciated the easy check in and checkout process.

Nice location, responsive owner, needs a little work

This location was perfect for our trip to Chicago. Lots of good stuff nearby for the family to do. Priced comparably to single room hotels in the area. The owner was very responsive when we needed anything. We did bring 6 people and there was only enough towels/bedding for 4 when we got there, but more was dropped off when we requested it. The balcony was awesome, the kids spent a ton of time out there. Needs a little bit of TLC. The TV mount in one of the bedrooms is coming out of the wall, the back left burner wasn't working on the stove, blinds were damaged, patched dry wall wasn't painted over. In general a nice place in a good location, but needs some care to make it a 5 start visit.

Great condo for short and long term rentals!

This condo was very nice - it felt like I was staying in a Wayfare catalogue with some fun funky pieces like the cool green sofa! That sofa is actually quite comfy. The kitchen and bathrooms had all the basics so if I was going to stay long term somewhere - this would be it. The private rooftop patio was pretty awesome, it rained our whole visit or we would have sat around the fire. The beds were comfortable enough, but maybe could use another few pillows. It was a great location too! The door security guard really helped make it feel even more safe.
