Weather wasnt the best. Was there from Friday-Monday & Room wasmy cleaned once. Added $70 per day Garage Fees for my Truck & $200 Deposit per day for my truck being in Garage. Was told by a friend could of used a App to parl my truck across the street for $25 per day & no daily Deposit.. Front desk told me i could have a Room on the 30th floor but was DIRTY & WOULDNT BE CLEANED when i checked n @3pm.. I declined & took a clean room on the 10th floor. Stay was ok. Wouldnt stay again Ever!!!

I love this hotel - only place I stay in Chicago. Recommend booking though expedia rather than direct as there were great benefits (amazing room upgrade and welcome gift). Amenities are fantastic, particularly in the warmer months.
