A reliable chain and nice rooms.

The hotel is combined with a Hampton in a mostly business area. It's not far from Butterfield Road which gives lots of options for food, shopping and entertainment. The breakfast was really good with multiple options and the food was hot.

Millie’s first hotel visit

Pet friendly was key. King suite was perfect. Beds are made beautifully with lots of pillows, just need hard ones.Housekeeping every other day is ideal these days esp with a pet. Felt very safe and secure.

Everything was perfect, staff, food, atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, it’s was like returning home after a busy day of sightseeing. At home feel. I never did get a chance to get a cookie but I wanted too!

an hour to back in our room. Now it is almost 10:30 at night and although being offered another room it was late and we could get in so we decided to wait and change rooms in the morning, the lock continued to work and we had only one night left so we did not change rooms. When we went to check out and said we felt we should be compensated for all the issues we had, we were told they do not issue refunds or compensation when you book through a 3rd party. So we had to pay the full bill, so know when you book through Expedia if you have an issue with your booking the hotel will take no responsibility. I do not think I will use Expedia again since we had all the issues and inconvenience and missed a planned event and nobody is responsible.

The room was okay the carpet was old and ripping from edges. The kitchenette was nice . The housekeeping staff was very nice . The breakfast was good . The dinning area was always dirty no one cleaned tables durning breakfast hours. The pool was dirty, and the chemicals were not right I got a very bad skin rash after being in hot tub .

I love everything about my stay, brought my daughter who turned 11 for an over night stay. I just didn’t like when I sent my kids down to the pool the sign for the pool stated kids need to be with someone 18yrs older I sent my 19yr old niece down with her sister and cousins who was 11yrs and up and the staff going to tell her that it was 21 and older after seeing her with the kids, stating even though it a sign on the wall that states 18yr that it changed today which I know was a lie. But besides that I had a great stay breakfast was top notch. And besides that incident the stay was great.
