We had to change rooms TWICE because the first room had a hole in the ceiling and the second room had mold and mildew in the exhaust vets that contaminated the entire room so much so you could smell it when you walked in. We finally settled into a habitable room an hour after arrival.

Overall a great stay. The breakfast was wonderful with 3 young children and the room gave enough space for everyone. Recommend better seals around the door to block out the hall lights. It was so bright it looked like we had a light on in the room.

I am a member. I called this hotel, spoke with a woman explained that I had an emotional pet who is registered, a letter from my physician for my anxiety/panic attacks. She informed me my pet was welcomed. Sadly I didn’t write her name down. We arrive driving from Nashville where the desk lady said we couldn’t stay there. She wasn’t helpful of where there might be a place, never apology about the error on “your part”. Nonverbal communication appeared like it was my fault. Unacceptable behavior.
