I have frequented this property for OVER 15 years. It has rapidly declined. The room was not cleaned appropriately. There was old food in the refrigerator that had been there for some time. There were literally 3 Kleenex in the tissue box… no back up box to be found. The pool…. disgusting. Not being maintained and cleaned. Swimming ends too, too early for the summertime….7:00 p.m. The outdoor area is in shambles. Seating is not organized… things were just haphazardly laying around. It’s time for an overhaul. I have well over 20+ stays & will not return to the hotel. Other than for Bar Louie’s…. it’s a NO for me until a remodel or new ownership. I’m sad to have to go.

I’ve been staying at this hotel regularly and have always appreciated the excellent location, outstanding customer service, and overall quality of your accommodations. It’s been my go-to choice whenever I’m in the area. Unfortunately, during my most recent stay this past weekend, I encountered an issue I’ve never experienced before. I found what appeared to be roaches or bedbugs in my room. I immediately reported this to the front desk and submitted photos as requested. I was told that someone would follow up with me, but it has now been nearly a week and I have yet to hear back. As a loyal guest, I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of response. I would appreciate an update on how this situation is being handled, and what steps the hotel is taking to address it.
