I got a handicap accessible room. It was not handicap accessible. The whole reason I chose the hotel that I chose is because they had a full and they said it may have breakfast available when I got there. It said the pool was closed. This was a vacation for me. So my grandson and I were gonna get in the pool and we were unable to because there was no pool then there was some kind of fire. I have a bunny and I had to try to get out the hotel room because there was a fire next-door. It just was a horrible thing and then there was someone working. You could tell that there was like construction work on the sixth floor because it was constant knocking and banging so I’m very disappointed and I don’t get any rest at all Woke the baby up several times.

The staff was wonderful. We booked last minute after our furnace went out. I called ahead to see if they had a crib available as my youngest was already overtired. When we arrived we were checked in quickly, and the crib was in the room ready for us. They turned a stressful night into an easy family staycation.

The staff was very courteous. Calvin, who checked me in was so nice and accommodating. Last year when I stayed here they had coffee available in the lobby, but not this time. Maybe they could provide more than two packages of condiments for the in room keurig. More than two washcloths and towels would have been nice. It took two phone calls to the front desk to obtain more. The pool has been “under construction “ for more than a year. The bed was very comfortable.
