When we first walked in to check in, the lady at the front desk didn't speak of any amenities or anything else about the hotel. She didn't even tell me what room i was in. I had to look at the key card envelope to find out. She didn't tell me where the elevator was or how to get to my room. When i got up to the room, the sink in the suite was dirty and disgusting. The room was torn up.... busted drawers and under the fridge was broken. Then i pulled out the pull out bed and there was no extra sheets for the bed. I booked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub wasn't even filled up and they closed the pool early so we didn't get to use the pool. The hotel itself was beautiful but the dirty room , unwelcoming staff and not being able to use the amenities made me very angry.

The hotel room’s a little dingy. I thought charging $8 to park was silly. There’s a massive parking lot next to the hotel that can fit hundreds of cars and practically no one was using it.

The room was excellent and very clean, although I had a late checkout which I was more than happy to pay for since we overslept. My partner and I were addressed very rudely by the front desk associate. The moment we awoke, He ran down to the front desk to apologize and see what a late checkout would cost for us. A minute after he left a maid came to our door to ask if we were planning to check out or stay and advised me to call the front desk. I called immediately and the front desk clerk answered with an attitude. I told her which room I was in and wanted to ask what a late checkout would cost and she answered “your brother, husband or whatever he is to you, is here at the front desk asking about it now, I told him there is a $50 late fee and you need to check out right now” I was taken aback by the tone in her voice. It was extremely aggressive and unsettling. My partner then returned and told me she began to scold him after he apologized for the late checkout out. I was then charged TWICE for the same late fee. I loved the hotel and have stayed at this location more than once. I will not be returning after that short but awful experience.

We booked this hotel for the hot tub. We learned it was out of order and had been for 2-3 weeks. That type of info should be updated on the site, so we can know not to book a hotel if the hot tub is not working.

We did the check in round 8 pm, and when to the swimming pool by 8:20 and was close I was traveling with my kids and they really wanted to enjoy the pool, Then the next day pool was available till 9 am, also the elevator was smelling like smoke 🌿
