Very nice hotel would stay there again loved the sana The only thing I did not like was the kitchen ladies breakfast was to be served until 10am and they had things cleaned up by 945am. And they were not friendly. I just went downstairs to get a glass of juice at this time and a group of people came down at 9:45 and there was nothing left and you state you have breakfast until 10 am

The rooms needed to be upgraded. Tv service was not working. People running up and do the hallways. The fire alarm was pulled by an unattended child. The sink was linking in the bathroom. The noise level was high and I felt unsafe. They need security at this location. Elevator smell like smoke.

It was okay.

We had a wonderful stay but the room was dated and old and not that clean. There were dead ladybugs in the window seal and the overall room looked dusty and dated. Definitely not like the one downtown Chicago. We enjoyed ourselves and made the best of it as a family but probably would not come back. The breakfast also got my son sick on the way home. Don't believe what you read. Check in was 3 yet at 6 we barely had an uncleaned room to go to. Hotel said had a bar it didn't. Hotel supposed to have a nice breakfast both days they was out of food by 8am. The hotel ruin my Valentine's Day plans. Not even an apology no compensation no upgrades

Great location but beware! If you have a room anywhere close to the elevators, you will not have a good nights sleep at all. Noise was unbearable and a constant slamming noise was heard all night. So just try to avoid a room by the elevators or parking entrance at all costs.

Very nice hotel around lots of restaurants and stores for shopping. Staff was accommodating and even provided a toddler playpen for our son to sleep in. Breakfast had different options every morning which was nice. Great stay!
