Well I give it the 2 stars fo Paulina and Alice! They are amazing. Sadly l, nothing else went right from the non existent hot water and no heat or television or latching front door etc. lest we even discuss the smell of the facility.

There was no hot water during the entirety of our stay. When I called the front desk to inquire, the receptionist was quick to dismiss it and to get off the phone. When I spoke with a manager he was very kind and comped part of our stay for the inconvenience.

It has been a while since i actually enjoy my stay in a Chicago hotel close to the airport. Me and my kids loved the place, everybody was so nice, they had fresh brewed coffee ALL DAY, my kids loved the breakfast, and it was pet friendly, even staff petted my dogs. Loved how quiet it was.
