Massive hotel, but not set up for so many guests. The morning buffet had really long lines to get food or seat at a table. Had to wait for a while to get in elevator. We had a party next door, and could hear everything until 3am, front desk was not able to contain situation. They are trying to sell you memberships every time you pass reception area.

The suite was great except closet was insufficient. It was a very small space shared with the water heater. Only 4 hangers. Wardrobe closet door inaccessible because it stuck.
