My daughter and I came for a competition. The rooms are very spacious. Beds are super comfortable. Our room could have used more towels and blankets, but they were delivered when requested. The rooms could use an update, but they were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet and happy hour were great bonuses. We will definitely stay here again.

Outstanding visit to Chicago and believe me when i say that this is the perfect place to stay at to really enjoy the city. We walked to all the Chicago must see monuments and let’s not forget how close the Navy Pier is!! The STAFF WAS AMAZING ESPECIALLY ENRIQUE THE BARTENDER. Such friendly service and really helped that he knew the area and every spot he recommended did not disappoint!!!! We’re already planning our next stay!!!!

My group of 3 only stayed for one night. Noisy neighbors and dirty wash rags were left in my bathroom (not properly cleaned), which made me question the cleanliness of the entire room. Evening front desk staff said they’d credit me back my early check in fee and morning staff of course said they knew nothing about it.

Needs repairs

The first room we were placed and had no hot water. The staff was very responsive and did quickly move us, however, we were told they had issues with the room in the past and we’re waiting for it to be serviced. I’m not sure why there wasn’t a block place on the room if they knew there was no hot water to begin with. Overall, I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in need of a remodel. The bathrooms are disgusting and falling apart. Couch cushions with the zippers and covers broken and falling off. I didn’t find the rooms to be super clean. Hotel is in a nice location with decent views of the river and other landmarks. Overall, I’d like to see the hotel remodeled. Without a remodel, I’m not sure I would opt to stay here again, despite the reasonable price, cocktail hour and free breakfast.

Overall experience was pretty great. beds were decently comfortable, only true complaint would be the pullout in the living space was very thin. If planning to have someone sleep on that, maybe don't... unless you bring a pillow topper. The comp breakfast was a nice touch but was not the best unless you go for the omelet, Yolk (#1 rated breakfast) is in walking distance.

This embassy suites was beaten down. The rate was quite high. I’ve stayed at ES many times but will not do so again in Chicago. Service was inconvenient and delivered with a grunt. Breakfast was so busy it was not possible to get something to eat most days. Food was mid. Cleanliness was below average in the room. Pull out couch not viable for any adult weighing more than 90 pounds.

Great spot for Chicago Magnificent Mile visit

Great place to stay in Chicago. The Happy Hour with 2 free drinks daily and breakfast are an added bonus! Made to order eggs were so good. Hotel noise is a little loud and cleanliness not the best but location and added perks more than make up for it. Also, extremely friendly staff in every department I encountered. Donny the bartender is the best!
