We stayed for one night. We made sure to book a hotel with a pool. The pool area was pretty dirty. There was dirt and a TON of hair clumps not only around the pool but also IN the pool. There we never pool towels available. Only the empty bin. and the pool area had some type of strange odor. Not the clean chlorine pool smell you'd expect.
Our room was also pretty dirty. Tons of dusty. I took a photo of all the dust attached to the ceiling where the fan blows out for the heat. Light fixtures were covered in dusty. Hair in the room. And someone else's left overs still in our fridge. I called down to front desk and was put on hold for about 25 minutes. I ended up hanging up and putting the person's left overs out by the ice machine. There was no garbage located in that common area. At this point it was past 6pm and there was no point in trying to complain and book a different hotel. Wouldn't stay here again.
