Our 1-bedroom apartment is fully furnished and perfect for anyone who just wants to settle in and feel at home. You’ll find a cozy bedroom, clean and simple bathroom, full kitchen, and a relaxed living room — all set up with comfort in mind.



The Space:

Our unit is on the second floor (stair access only), with a comfy living area that has a sofa and TV for movie nights or lazy mornings. Wi-Fi’s included and works great throughout the space.



The kitchen has the basics for home cooking—stove, oven, fridge, and a dining table if you’re staying in for a meal. The king-sized bed is soft and inviting, and the bathroom is private, tidy, and stocked with essentials.

The size and amenities were perfect for a weekend getaway to Wrigleyville. It was a comfortable space with a kind and knowledgeable host. All of our questions were promptly answered and we were given wonderful recommendations for local spots to enjoy. The location was close to several restaurants and within walking distance to Wrigley Field.

Overall, it was a good stay. The amenities (towels, shampoo, soap, TP) were very basic, but the location was perfect and the hosts were easy to work with. We were within a 10-20 minute walk from a lot of great restaurants, shopping, and Wrigley Field.

Perfect place for two people. It was nice and clean. It was an easy walk to Wrigley Field to watch a Cubs game. I would recommend SpotHero parking app to find a parking spot if you’re not familiar with the area.

A nice, clean unit but unfortunately had internet issues that turned out to be a bad modem that took 3 1/2 days to get replaced and activated. No tv available as result. Feel like host truly tried to communicate well but likely wasn't getting timely answers to resolve quicker. Took a lot of our time trying things and taking pictures of old & new modems. In all our stays never experienced a serious issue like this.

The apartment is older than it appears in pictures but is quite clean as other reviews have stated. It is a roomy for a Chicago one-bedroom and I found it comfortable for my stay. I really appreciated the detailed video for lockbox, key, and apartment entry, as there were quite a few steps. I agree with one review that indicated bedroom is too bright. Room darking curtains can be bought very inexpensively and would certainly provide a better night of sleep. Sheets and bath towels could also use an upgrade. Overall, the apartment is very private and quiet and I will probably stay again.

The bathroom is a joke. So tiny you can hardly move around without potentially burning yourself on the radiator. The bath towels were thin and the size of hand towels. Shower was gross. You need curtains in the bedroom window because there is so much light coming through at night it was like daylight. couldn’t access the internet and the train runs right next door.
