The Space:

Our 1-bedroom spot is set up for easy, comfortable living.



You’ve got a chill living area with a sofa to relax and a dining table for meals or laptop time. The kitchen’s fully stocked—microwave, stove, oven, fridge, even a dishwasher—so whether you're heating up meals or cooking something from scratch, you’re covered. The bathroom’s clean and simple, and the Wi-Fi’s reliable if you need to get some work done (or just stream your favorite shows).



The king-size bed is super comfy, perfect for crashing after a day out exploring. And the location? It’s in a vibrant neighborhood with great food, local shops, and plenty to check out just steps away.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay, including all listed amenities. The space is private and not shared with anyone else.



*Optional Damage Waiver*



Accidents can happen. For a one-time, non-refundable fee of $35, you may add a Damage Waiver that covers up to $400 in qualifying accidental damage during your stay, including spills, stains, and broken glassware.



The waiver excludes intentional damage, missing items, pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, and damage resulting from unauthorized parties or events, negligence, misuse, or violations of house rules.

If you decline the waiver, you remain responsible for any applicable damage charges.



The Neighborhood:

You’ll find plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars in the area, along with entertainment options like theaters and live music spots. The neighborhood is easy to get around on foot and has a laid-back, comfortable feel. It also offers some green spaces nearby if you’re in the mood to relax outside. Overall, it’s a great mix of local charm and city energy.



Getting Around:

The apartment is conveniently located with great access to public transit. Paulina Station (Brown Line) is just 0.4 miles away, and the Belmont & Lincoln/Ashland bus stop is only a 2-minute walk.

We might need extra info like a government ID and additional screening as part of the booking process.

Please let us know if you’re bringing a cat (cats only allowed) for $50 fee per pet. Pets must not be left unattended unless they are crated, must follow quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or additional cleaning required due to excessive hair or odors.
