Absolutely stunning penthouse in a BRAND NEW BUILDING downtown with spectacular city view from your very own private roofdeck!
The entire property is designed by a famous Chicago Designer. You do not want to miss this opportunity. This entire building consists of 4 separate apartments is a brand new building. Construction finished September 2019. Each apartment can be rented individually or combined to fit your needs.
THE PROPERTY
This property is our best Penthouse unit in Chicago! The unit is high end luxury finishes that consists of:
- 3 Bedrooms (1 King, 4 Queen beds)
- 3 Bathrooms (LUXURIOUS SHOWERS) with showers that have multiple heads that hit your entire body.
- Fully stocked kitchen to cook great meals for your guests. We have all the pots and pans and what not, all you need is the food.
- 1 Private Rooftop with the BEST city views. This is why you want to book this property. There is nothing like being on the rooftop at night, especially with the fully functioning TV!)
- Garage parking spot
- Private front patio (great for morning coffee)
PARKING
Comes with FREE GARAGE PARKING IN THE BUILDING. The Penthouse only comes with 1 parking spot, however, there are more spots to book for around $10 a night via SpotHero should you need more spots. I will send parking instructions after you book.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Our property is centrally located downtown in a VERY safe area. We are literally located right downtown next to all of the high rise buildings and walking distance to everything.
Public Transportation: Brown Line El (Chicago Stop) We are located 1.5 blocks to the Chicago Brown Line stop. This train can take you anywhere in the city. It can get easily get you to and from both Ohare and Midway airports or shoot you up to Wrigley for the baseball game.
Walking Distance: We are located around 5 blocks to The Loop and Magnificent Mile/Rush Street (shopping district), 3 blocks from the bar/restaurant scene in River North, 5 blocks to Gold Coast's Viagra Triangle (area filled with bars/restaurants), 6 blocks to Wells Street (party street filled with bars and restaurants), 10 blocks to the Beach. If something is not within walking distance, Uber is a great option. As we are centrally located, you can get virtually anywhere cheaply!

Great location and really fun rooftop!
We stayed here with 6 adult friends for a concert and really enjoyed our stay. The rooftop area you have all to yourself and was a big hit within our group. It is a short 15-20 minute walk from lots of fun things to do like kayak the river, an animal rescue that you can go pet dogs and the Original Mr. Beef restaurant that the show "The Bear" is based off of. We went to Mr.Beef for great sandwiches and even saw the main actor from the show there!!
For sleeping arrangements, it wasn't ideal to have bunk beds in two of the rooms but at least they're queens!
The other review was not lying when it said there are LOTS of stairs!! You will get your workout staying here for sure. About two flights just to get into the apartment, and then another flight for the bedrooms and another if you want to get to the roof.

Trip
Lots of stairs and they were slippery. Make sure you let your guest know to wear shoes when going up the stairs. Love the view at night on the top deck. Would have like a TV in the master bedroom. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. Thanks.
