Terrible freezing pool no gym room heater needed to be replaced while we were in our room and the managers are extremely unprofessional and rude talking down to and about other customers in front of everyone having inappropriate conversations while guests are waiting in line

Took hours for simple towel requests, and our entire heater needed to be replaced while we were supposed to enjoy our stay the pool heater was still broken although they said it was fixed and it was also freezing could not swim and there was NO gym
