The apartment is located in the depandance of an ancient rural villa that we have just renovated.
It is spread over two floors, a sleeping area with two bedrooms and a second floor featuring an open space with lounge and kitchen with a large terrace overlooking the sea and a back garden terrace that will be heard in the countryside.
Capable of accommodating up to 4/5 people, furnished in a minimal and cool way to create a pleasant environment for our guests.
It has private parking and wi-fi connection. The common space in the large garden is equipped with children's games and a small swimming pool

Its location is strategic with respect to all amenities and entertainment venues, Chiavari has a charming old medieval site with porticulated streets and colorful buildings in the typical Ligurian village style. Nice place in a nice city

We had a fantastic week in Chiavari and Ligurien. Will we back and the appartment at Alice and David’s place was competly up to date and was placed close to the city and the beach.

Wonderful property, wonderful hosts

The property was lovely. Completely separate from the main villa. It is beautifully decorated and has 2 separate outside sitting areas, both quite lovely. The photos don't do it justice. David was a truly wonderful host, respected our privacy, yet was there to help us when we needed some help. Thank you David. We would highly recommend this property.

War sicher mal eine scjöne Unterkunft

Es war sicher mal eine schöne Unterkunft, leider hat man die Instandhaltung versäumt. Duschkopf defekt, schimmelige Fugen, die Bilder sind nicht mehr aktuell, auf der einen Terrasse ist leider kein Esstisch mehr vorhanden, die Möbel sind zum Teil abgewohnt. Wir haben wegen der Bilder im Inserat gebucht und würden es uns beim nächsten Mal gut überlegen. Man sollte wissen, dass die Unterkunft in einem dicht bebauten Wohngebiet, direkt an einer relativ befahrenen Straße liegt. Das geht so aus dem Inserat nicht hervor. Leider gibt es im Untergeschoss (Schlafzimmer) keine Klimaanlage. Schwankungen im Wlan. Eine Erstausstattung gab es nicht, weder Toilettenpapier noch Seife oder Geschirrtücher...

Sehr schöne 2-Stöckige Wohnung im Herzen Chiavari

Wir sind mit 2 Erwachsenen und unserem 12 jährigen Kind nach Chiavari in diese schöne Wohnung gereist. Auf dem Anwesen befinden sich mehrere Wohnungen, welche von Urlaubern genutzt werden. Unsere Wohnung, war separat, zweistöckig und autark von den anderen. Trotz dass noch andere Urlaube auf dem Anwesen waren, kommt man sich nicht in die Quere und ist immer in seiner Privatsphäre. Gleiches gilt für den Sammelgarten und den Pool. Auch die Einfahrt und die separaten Parkplätze auf dem Gelände sind sehr vorteilheift und gut gestaltet. Ebenso die Vermieterin Alice, ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und steht für sämtliche Angelegenheiten stets zur Verfügung. Der Strand und das Herz des Städchens, sind ca. 20 Minuten entfernt und ohne Probleme zu erreichen, egal ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub, welchen wir dort in dieser Wohnung jederzeit wieder machen würden. Das einzige was uns gestört hat, waren die lauten Mofa-Geräusche nachts. Wegen den hohen Temperaturen, ist es kaum möglich, Nachts die Fenster zu schließen, um den Geräuschen zu entkommen (Klimaanlage nur im oberen Geschoss in Küche/Wohn- Esszimmer). Auch die Betten sind sehr hart. Aber das sind Luxusprobleme, welche nicht unseren Urlaub oder die Wohnung schlecht reden. Vielen Dank :)

Really nice location

Really nice location, not far away from town center, beach and supermarket, directly on a street. You will find everything you need, well equipped kitchen, 2 terrace, grill, washing machine. Air condition only in kitchen and living room Missing were a little more comfortable chairs or sun longer. House can be recommend.

Sublime villa ! Sublime Chiavari ! Sublime Riviera

La dépendance d Alice jouxte sa très jolie Villa. Le logement sur 2 niveaux bénéficie de 2 jolies terrasses. La déco est raffinée, avec des objets de design italien. Nos adolescents ont pu profité du jardin et de la piscine. Nous avons tous adoré le logement mais aussi Chiavari qui est une magnifique ville, avec de nombreux commerces, restaurants. On accède au centre ville via un raccourci aux villas somptueuses. La région est extraordinaire. Nous avons eu l'occasion de visiter les 5 Terres, Portofino, Camogli... Fabuleux. Alice et sa famille sont très gentils, ils pétillent !! Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous recommanfons ce logement magnifique où rien de manque ! Merci encore.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war super eingerichtet - es fehlte tatsächlich an nichts. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und in den großen Kleiderschränken ließ sich problemlos alles verstauen. Die beiden Terrassen waren sehr schön - je nach Sonnenstand konnte man vorne oder hinten sitzen - jede der beiden Terrassen hatte auch einen Sonnenschutz. Der keine Pool im Gemeinschaftsgarten war jeder Zeit zugänglich und eigentlich immer frei. Zum Meer kann man einen netten Fußweg laufen, man braucht ca. 15 - 20 Minuten. Der Rückweg dauert etwas länger, da es bergauf geht. Das war aber für uns kein Problem - da man auch gleichzeitig etwas durch die Gassen bummeln konnte. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen - so gut und praktikabel durchdacht findet man selten eine Unterkunft.

Sehr interessantes, geschmackvoll renoviertes Objekt

Die Lage der ehemaligen Ölmühle am Hang von Chiavari ist perfekt für lange Sommerabende auf der überdachten Terrasse und fußläufige Ausfluge in die sehr schöne Stadt Chiavari. Die Räume sind liebevoll eingerichtet und für jede Wetterlage bestens geeignet aufgrund des großen Gartens mit überdachter Terrasse.

Unterkunft sehr schön !

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und es fehlt einem an gar nichts. Sie ist sehr modern und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick aufs Meer und man kann den Abend schön ausklingen lassen. Alice ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin und immer super freundlich :-) Die Unterkunft selbst können wir sofort ohne jegliche Bedenken weiter empfehlen ! Im 1 OG gibt es eine Klimaanlage die einem bei der Hitze Das Leben erleichtert im EG bei den Schlafzimmern ist es etwas warm. Zum Ort: Die Unterkunft liegt relativ weit oben auf einem Berg daher zu Fuß nicht zu empfehlen. Zum Baden und abends spazieren hat es uns aber dann eher in die Nachbarstädte gelockt.

Appartamento davvero curato nei dettagli. David un bravo host, ci ha dato varie dritte su cosa fare nei dintorni. Terrazza vista mare fantastica. A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, fattibile anche col passeggino.

Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!

Wir durften als Familie zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Anwesen von David und Alice verbringen. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Kind hat vor allem den kleinen Pool im Garten genossen. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Herzlichen Dank für die wunderschönen Wochen.
