Had to check out the first night as the room condition was filthy, the sheets were stained, torn and were not clean. No one was there to help me. The hotel would not respond to my messages or hotels.com messages and neither party refunded me. Very poor service on the hotel and hotels.com.

Acceptable for what you pay for

This is a beer basic hotel at a very cheap price. My hotel in Chiang Mai was the same price but much much better. This is a purely basic hotel. Not super comfortable, but comfortable enough. Needs major upgrading like a coat of paint and modern light bulbs. But once again, for the price, clean and does well for a few nights.

We really loved our 4night stay

Awesome value for money and priced right. Bedroom was immaculate and always smelt nice. Basic room but had fridge, kettle, tv air con and was spacious. Location ideal for exploring night market and near shops and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful, staff friendly. We got our laundry done there too. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable, was nice to have just toast, jam and coffee. I’d stay here again.

Clean room and bathroom

I liked that the place was very clean, I would change the organisation of the room and maybe put the TV in front of the bed and make the tv table a desk. I only stayed one night there, and I was comfortable.

Cosy and nice homestay style

Have a nice and very clean room. Location is good , easy to go to main town area. walk about 5 mins. Have only simple breakfast, bread with coffee.

The Rinlada is a very basic space. It is cost effective for budget travel, but it is a bit sparse on deliverables. The space was clean but it definitely felt worn in.

Think it's fair to say you get what you pay for! room not the best but a bargain for the price we paid and the location was very handy. did a tour you could get from the hotel and it was great and reasonably priced! staff were lovely and very helpful.

A five minute walk from the bus station, located in a quiet street. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was clean, a.c. worked well. Free bottles of water daily. Simple breakfast under trees. Excellent value.

For a Thailand country hotel 4/5 star. Value for money 5/5 star. Quiet location, very clean, 2 storey, no lift, good aircond. hard bed - same as most of Thailand. Free toast and coffee/tea for brekky. Located an easy short walk from town.

Nice quiet place to stay, close enough to walk into town. Approx 15 minutes to clock tower. Free toast and tea/coffee outside in the morning. All good for the price and good wifi.

A nice & cozy hotel

Stayed 2 nights at Rinlada House. A family run hotel. Nice place to relax. Location slightly away from the busy street. Simple breakfast. Good wifi. Clean room and Bedding was surprisingly good for the price. It is very well maintained. Located a short walking distance to the Night Market. My daughter really love this place. Since we were driving, there is a car park available and this is a definitely plus for us. Will stay at Rinlada House when we return to Chiang Rai again.

A Relaxing Environment with good location.

The hotel was basic but very peaceful and serene. The room was clean if a bit dated and the staff was very polite and responsive. Overall I would stay there again without question.
