The floors in the room are very slippery to the point of being dangerous. I slipped in bare feet on a dry floor multiple times. The shower is either cold or boiling and changes between the two constantly. The breakfast is poor, low cost items with little choice. Out of 6 days we skipped breakfast 4 times. Great location but definitely not worth the cost. Better options are around.

The rooms were very clean the whole hotel was spotless. The staff were very kind they allow us to have a late checkout which we really appreciated. The whole resort was wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would come and stay here again. Through out our trip in Thailand this was the only hotel with properly working hot shower.

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay. The hotel was centrally located, and our room, pool, lobby, etc were all great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast restaurant was nice, but, unfortunately, the food contained in the metal chafing pans was cold as the heat sources were not lit. This was the case for our entire visit. Very disappointing.

Property is in convenient location. Rooms needs some upgrades. In one of our rooms, we had issues with hot water and sink tap was leaking as you open, other than that ,stay was comfortable. The property is in a convenient location, which made our stay easy and accessible. However, the rooms could use some upgrades. In one of our rooms, we experienced issues with the hot water, and the sink tap leaked when opened. Other than that, the stay was comfortable overall.

Staff were welcoming and friendly from the outset. The room was lovely and clean with a gorgeous outlook and the beds were really comfortable. So many options for breakfast - it was hard to choose. There were also plenty of dining options nearby and you could easily walk to many key sites.
