Poor Service in an Otherwise Good Hotel

Pros: Clean, comfortable, central.
Cons: The staff need to lift their game, I'm a long term Thailand expat so expect better.
Location: Good location, markets and nightlife a short walk away.
I got a very good price from Wotif on this hotel was looking forward to what I hoped would be at least a 4 star experience. I arrived early and a very young woman abruptly told me to go away until 2pm, there was no offer to store my case. I came in the back carpark but there was no effort by the security guard to direct me to the correct one, involving a long walk to reception. When I finally got booked in the staff ignored my bag and I had to carry it to the room myself. Apart from that the room was clean and comfortable. A month earlier I stayed at the nearby Raming Lodge that was a far better experience.

Convenient location in Chiang Mai

Well established hotel, good location, walking distance to the night markets and with plenty of tuk tuk's available. Friendly staff happy to help and clean. Don't bother with breakfast there if you have dietary requirements, you are better exploring the other options for a taste of local food. Big let down was a lift undergoing refurbishment, delays waiting for a lift or walk through the smoking floors down the stairs - yuk.

Great Hotel close to Night Market

Pros: The friendly staff and easy access to Night Market.
Cons: I think the breakfast charges are bit high, there are cafes and restaurant right outside of the hotel and offer breakfast for half the price.
Great Hotel, very helpful and friendly staff, easy check in and Check out process. Easy access to all the facilities as the hotel based right in the middle of Chiang Mai city. The internet was free and was pretty fast. The only disappointment was the Breakfast charges that were pretty high, means there are other cafe and restaurant that offer same breakfast items for half the price.
