The room i originally had was not what I expected, but the owner took care of me and got me a much better room for the rest of my stay. The location os excellent and close to everything. I would recommend this place and the staff.

This is a great location for your first visit to Chiang Mai. This place is close to everything and has a wonderful cafe in front. The staff couldn't be nicer.

This is the cutest little guesthouse located in a perfect location in old town. The bed was SO comfy, best sleep I'd had since I got to Thailand. Housekeeping daily, lots of towels and 2 bottles of water each day. The gardens are charming. Check in and out super easy. Had a really great stay I would highly recommend this hotel!

Good central location, nice owner, clean, quiet. We did not like the fact that there is no proper shower space available. The shower was placed in the toilet. Pretty uncomfortable. Room is very small for 2 persons.

We had a wonderful time at Sabuy Chiangmai. The location is excellent, close to dining options and a convience store, 3 Wats (Temples), and in walking distance from the market and China town. Best of all, the proprietor was very friendly and kind, had great tips about what to visit and how to get around town. We loved the common room downstairs with water, a kettle, and a large table to sit and meet other travelers. A little café next door serves breakfast. Should we visit Chiangmai again, we will stay here again.

Beautiful hotel at excellent location

Fantastic little garden hideaway just off the main strip. Service was excellent, food was lovely, extremely convenient location. Owner was always available and happy to help, with very good English. Would definitely come back.

Good budget place!

For the money the place was nice and clean. They cleaned the room daily. The owner was incredibly friendly and his English was excellent. My flight was late and he volunteered to stay late to make sure that I could check in. The only issue was that the shower was a bit cold. I think the heating coil in the water heater needs to be replaced. Not a big deal, I would certainly stay again. The property is beautiful with tons of plant life. There is a breakfast restaurant out front and breakfast is also provided by the property.
