Very nice hotel, just a short walk from the main night market tourist area. The hotel is clean and in a quiet street. Room was cleaned daily. I have stayed in this hotel before and will stay again on my next holiday to Chiang Mai. Breakfast is ok, but it could be improved. Hotel staff are friendly and helpfull.

Nice Stay

Nice stay, check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean. Hot water and a couple of English TV channels. Breakfast was made to order and you are given a lot. Staff are friendly and location is good to the night market and within location of many trips for hotel pick up and drop off.

Great place to stay close to the Old City. Walking distance to nightlife, temples and markets. Room was really nice and a comfortable layout for 3 people. Breakfast was amazing! Often too much for one person. The staff were wonderful! Could not help enough!

Short holiday with family

Room come with breakfast, simple but OK. Bedroom is spacious for three. Bathroom heater very hard to adjust, most of time water is cold. The water tap is not working well. Walkable to night market and local street food. Generally a simple n clean hotel in the 'kampong area'.

Good option that didn’t break the bank. Front desk staff was friendly and gracious, and the coffee and fruit at breakfast were solid. I stayed there a second time on my way back through Chiang Mai.

Not bad for 5 nights

Stayed here for 5 nights. Reception area is bright and comfortable and the breakfast dining area is a good size with more than enough tables. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel although you are only a 6 or 7 minute walk from the night market with many bars and eateries. Our room was a "Superior Double" which had adequate space for us. The bathroom tap was cold water only and only trickled out very slowly, but we managed. The bedroom was quite dim due to the lighting being of the concealed variety and the fact the patio door window was quite small and in shadow. No tea, milk or coffee supplied, although there was a kettle. Having said all this the room was comfortable enough once we got used to these quaint vagaries! Obtained some excellent speeds on the broadband. You could do worse than this hotel.

Clean and modern hotel

Nice clean hotel that is not too far from local attractions if you have transport. Breakfast needs to improve as there is not much choice available. Wifi and TV had a weak signal which the hotel staff dealt with. Bathroom was a small for 2 people. Room was cleaned daily and I will stay here again.

The hotel is nice and clean. The room has a nice shower, air conditioning, and good WiFi. Nice breakfast too. The only downfall is that in the back of the hotel not even 20 ft away is a chicken coop witj 15-20 chickens and 3 roosters. The roosters would crow at 3:30am everyday until 11am.. it will be very hard to sleep if you’re a light sleeper. Other than that, it’s a clean, nice hotel. Idk if I’d stay there again knowing the crowing roosters in the early am.
