This was our second stay - we came back because the staff are so kind and quietly efficient and the hotel rooms and gardens are beautiful and tranquil. Wonderful stay.

My stay here was exceptional. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The location is great! The hotel itself is nice, but expected more Huen looking at the pictures versus reality. Overall though it was a really good experience

I love everything about this hotel but most of all the staff. They were very eager to help in anyway they could. They were all very kind. Breakfast was superb. The bed was firmer than I Iike but the room was beautiful, very spacious and well appointed. The staff kept the room spotless. I found that I was within walking distance of Tha Phae gate which is the starting point for a huge Sunday night market, together with many other points of interest including Kalm Village. I will happily stay here again if I am ever fortunate enough to come back to Chiang Mai.

This was a little piece of Heaven on earth. The staff went beyond to help us, they got our laundry done for us, called taxis for us ,had suggestions of where to go ,and had the most amazingly breakfast. Our room was kept spotless and the pool is wonderful to take a dip in a few times a day. The gardens and landscaping are gorgeous. We would love to go back.

The staff were really nice & friendly. Whenever we had a problem they would come to fix it or help pretty quickly. The cleanliness could be better for the shower we were in cause there was mold on the line parts. It was in a great area and breakfast was good! The rooms were clean. Overall, it was great, not the best though. I would potentially stay here again.

Beautiful Thai toutistical decor . Grounds included koi ponds and bountiful orchids, Thai sculptures and gorgeous gardens. There was a mini- Buddhist temple and owners collectible museum . Service humble and efficient . Breakfast buffet alone (included) worth the price of the room . Great value . Awesome place. Will return for sure . Was looking for. best value all things considered and received more……Big pleasant surprise !

This feels like a traditional and authentic place to stay in Chiang Mai. The rooms are big and have everything you need. The breakfast is really decent at this price point and the staff were brilliant - very friendly and helpful. It maybe could do with a little updating but it does have some charm about it and even a little museum inside. Really well located - everything to see and do in the city is walkable from here and there are restaurants, 7-11 and laundry places nearby.
