Avoid first-floor rooms at all costs! The windows are boarded up and your door will be the floor to ceiling glass door. You will have no privacy as it forces you to pull up the curtain at all time. The shower floor design is sub-par. You will notice it doesn't take long before the floor is flooded with water. The room was clean, however. and the staffs were friendly.

I liked the hotel. It’s in the center of chiang Mai and there are multiple restaurants/shops nearby. The hotel itself is comfortable, has a small pool and a restaurant. Staff is very friendly and everyone speaks English. Unfortunately, there was a smoker couple next to our room (despite that we asked for a not smoking room) and the our room was filled with smoke all the time.
