The AC was broken in my room and I asked them for a different room because of it. They sent someone to look at the AC, he confirmed it was broken they called me and asked to wait 20 min. 2 hours later the same man showed up said he was sorry and sprayed my room with some extremely potent and left. I checked out early and whet to the Leiveiw Hotel across the street highly recommend instead.

Extremely good

Good location, clean and staff are extremely helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend. Room walk way is a little cramp but still comfortable with the big beds provided.

Good location, new hotel. Was a bit dirty

Nice clean hotel, appreciated the multi-port adapters with USB ports in the rooms. Bathroom wasn't that clean and wasn't properly cleaned daily (had lots of bugs in the shower every day). Also there was some rewiring for the air-con for both me and my friend's rooms. Overall comfortable just wish it was cleaner

Disappointing

Disappointing 1 - They need to offer a laundry service, even the most basic hostel I stayed in when I was younger offered this. 2 - Staff seem to have mixed attitudes some were good / helpful a couple really did not seem to care and did not want to help. The staff are critical the 1 or 2 individuals that annoyed me were the tipping point in deciding to move hotels. 3 - The location is not the best if you want to be close to the night market area. It is about a 25 minute walk. Tuk Tuk drivers will usually try and charge 100 to 150 Baht to the Ta Pae gate area this should be about 50 Baht. The hotel is close to the main hospital which is good it is a5 minute walk. 4 - The building is old lots of wear and tear the staff do a good job keeping everything clean. - the shower is decent - comfortable beds - clean room - no room safe. For me this is a problem - the building only has one small elevator and has a couple of small steps in the lobby. This may cause issues for people with mobility disabilities and using the lift in peak times. - the reception desk / area is small and cluttered and can create a bottle neck when even a couple of people are checkin in / out and is frustrating. This is not a reflection on the staff it is just the layout of the area, it is not efficient. Also some staff do not wear uniforms so it can be difficult to identify who works there sometimes.

Staff were all extremely helpful & accommodating. Helped with switching to a quiet room in the back, lost luggage, buying SIM card & called tour company that forgot us. Great service! Good location for walking around old town. Very basic hotel room quality & hard beds. Good value for price.

직원교육좀 시켜라 생각할수록 화나는곳

직원들이 너무 싸가지없다. (프론트에서 근무하는 직원들은 친절함) 특히 오후근무하던 팔에 문신한 놈이랑 야간에 머리 짧고 키작은 넘들은 근무하기 싫으면 그냥 다른 업무를 찾는게 더 나을 듯 싶다. 사정이 생겨 경찰을 불러달라하니 개취급하던 야간근무 남자직원 한놈은 정말 생각할수록 화나지만 프론트직원이 정말 친절하게 도와줘서 그나마 덜 욕하고싶다. 아무튼 그딴 서비스 정신으로 무언가 돈을 벌려고하는 직원들좀 교육시켜라. (다시말하지만, 프론트근무하는 직원들만 친절함) 아무튼 다신 가고싶지않다.

Hotel limpo porém desconfortável

Hotel bem localizado, possível de se fazer grande parte das atrações apenas caminhando, inclusive do Night Market e do Sunday Market que sao ótimas atrações. O quarto era limpo e novo porém as camas desconfortáveis e sem box no chuveiro ( assim como vários hotéis na Ásia ). O café da manhã era péssimo.
