The staff are excellent, helpful, polite and pleasant, especially Katie, Mesa the managers, Fang too. Their attitude towards customers are an asset to the hotel, without which,the hotel would have been ordinary !

What can I say this was an exceptional Hotel. The rooms were beautiful, the decor was typical Thai, the staff were amazing, the breakfast was terrific, the small boutique hotel was perfect. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, 5 stars.

The Rim Resort was perfect for our 5 night stay in Chiang Mai. We were after a place that offered comfort and a relaxed atmosphere and not too busy. A traditional styled decor that perhaps could do with a little revamping and freshening up but clean. The staff were excellent and most helpful when ever we needed anything or asked questions.

Got a great last-minute deal on the executive suite, & was able to extend booking to stay for 2 more nights at same cost. Secure room with big comfortable bed, clean bathroom with good shower, good aircon & fridge, nice balcony. Tasty breakfast included. Nice, clean poor area. Staff are lovely. Excellent proximity to restaurants, salons & weekend night market.

Good size room with amazing view. Very friendly staff. Excellent hairdryer. Well priced restaurant with excellent food. Great swimming pool and pool area. The only downside - the bathroom smelled of drains.

The room was nice and clean and the pool was fantastic. In addition, the staff was helpful and nice. As for the breakfast, the food you order was well prepared; however, the rice soup was cold and the coffee was not hot. Other than that, our stay was great and we would recommend this location.
