My room had NO HOT WATER... in the middle of WINTER, in Cheyenne, Wyoming! It was also the last one on the first floor next to the stairs and exterior door. Every time someone went in or out of one of these 2 doors, I'd hear the loud "clunk" as it closed. With people going in and out at all hours, it doesn't make for a restful night's sleep.

Stayed in a queen suite. It was wonderful. Wonderful front desk clerk, clean room, comfy bed, hot breakfast, great coffee. If I was going to be picky I'd say took a bit of time for hot water and shower could have more pressure but that's being picky. It was a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Tv barely worked , guide did nothing, bed was basically junk. , i dont think there was even a vending machine on the 3rd floor , "free breakfast " was just junk cereal and muffins Workers were nice , not their fault but for the same money you can find a better stay anywhere
