Small new house of 45 m2 in the countryside, located 500m from the village of Cheval blanc, 500m from the Durance river and 1km from the Luberon, all on a wooded plot of 8000m2. Very quiet area. You will find in the village the essentials: grocery store, tobacco bar, pharmacy, bakery, post office, town hall etc ... 6 kms from Cavaillon, 32 kms from Avignon and its festival, close to the towns and villages of Luberon and the Alpilles.
