Average is what I'd rate it. I'm not sure why but had sneezing fits for my two nights stay which likely was due to dust or animals being in the room though they did confirm no dogs were allowed on floor 3. I did feel very stuffy. The breakfast was lovely though.

The room was clean and a good temperature with all required amenities. There was plenty of parking. We did not eat in the hotel so I cannot comment on the food. The staff at reception were friendly & helpful.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel and decor looked luxurious and 5 star worthy. Would definitely stay here again. It’s very close to the town centre and train station so a very convenient location.

Well appointed and clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had breakfast and as I have to eat gluten free, reception provided me with a printed list of menu items. Food was good. Easy walk to town centre and the excellent park. Plenty of free parking. Would definitely stay here again.
