The hotel is conveniently situated just off the highway and close to shopping and gas stations. The front desk staff were very courteous and checkin was fast and smooth.

I had a crazy travel so it meant everything for check in to go smoothly. I feel like I had an advantage because I was check in by the sales manager. It was smooth, quick and timely!

Ive stayed here multiple times throughout the past decade. I usually get the junior suite, but this pass stay there was 2 foldable tables side-by-side for our dining room table... the ghetto. Considering I paid over $200 for 1 night, thats a little unacceptable. I expect a wooden table like before or a least cover the two tables with a tablecloth. I plan on booking again later this year to give them one last chance. Properties have gone downhill, and it would be sad to see this one do the same. There was also marks on the tub showing its aged. They updated the lobby, time to do the same with the rooms.

AMAZING

Amazing stay!!! I have stayed 7 nights in a row and not once had an issue with staff or any other guests! Highly recommend for a quite nice stay. The pool area was very nice and clean, they have an operating gym. Security on site and everything.

Could’ve been better.

The hotel itself seems pretty substandard. It would benefit from cleanliness (I.e. elevators, hallways, etc) or renovations. Some of the room furniture is worn or dirty, and makes it unappealing to the eye. The overall cleanliness of the room from new guests could’ve been better. Not many breakfast items. However, it’s located in a decent area near plenty of stores and activities. It’s not the worse stay but I would stay elsewhere if given the option.

I did request a first floor room and they gave that to me. Its in a good enough area. Front desk person was nice. The chairs in the lobby/dining area are the first thing you see and they are in awful condition. The cushions need to be replaced. All of them had tears in them. The blinds in room didn't close all the way and we were on first floor. There were feces under the bottom of the toilet seat. Dirt or mold under bathroom sink on wall. Beds were comfortable. We dropped a sweatshirt as we were chocking in, went back a few minutes later and it was gone and front desk said no one turned it in, just a bad start to the stay.
