TV had to be switched out to work. Shower head was spraying water up to the corner of the ceiling curtains were stained. We refrigerator did not work.The lights in the front of the room did not work and the room wasn't ready check in was 3pm i arrived at 2:45 let them know i arrived but suite wasn't ready until 3:30 waiting half a hour was way beyond not acceptable

Staff was amazing. Room conditions werent the best. The shower spot were the shower heat attached had drywall missing as well as wall paper coming down in sections. Upon exiting my room there was a strong odor of weed coming from several rooms. Seeing how this is a nosmoking facility.

I wasn’t as impressed with this stay. Could not fill the tub in 1st room. 2nd room had a much smaller tv. Both rooms only had 2 usb chargers. I can only give a good rating. Don’t think I would stay again

The Lobby was Absolutely Beautiful decorated for Christmas. Our room was clean, however the bathtub didn’t work, only the shower…but all was clean! My husband and I took our 2 grandchildren on a shopping weekend. I booked this particular hotel online for the sole purpose of the indoor pool. That was the kids only request. When we go to get in the pool, it was closed for maintenance. I must say we were all very upset. This should have been on their website. We could have found somewhere else because like I said, the pool was the most important part for the kids. I will say, all the staff was super friendly. Would I stay again? Probably so…but will definitely not be doing it online
