Room wasn’t properly cleaned precious furs towels (personal) were left in the bathroom in the shower…beds linens not very clean and smelled.:..tv and shower not as described online….just a very poor experience for what I paid! Very disappointed

Worst stay ever

Shower in 616 backed up both days of use and smelled like sewage. Staff member engineer on Saturday night confirmed rotten smell once he had broken us into our room after 2 attempts by him, 2 different housekeepers all tried with their masters keys and the 3 different sets made for us that we were accused of “messing “with.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was AMAZING. Our cruise was delayed by a day, so we were worried about being able to get rooms for additional nights. The staff was able to let us stay again and in the same rooms. They were very accommodating to our needs.
